2) E-mail - send us an email and write the ORDER, enter the goods you are interested in and please let us know how you wish to deliver the goods, send. Do not forget the delivery address and phone number to contact you.
3) By phone - you can order goods by calling our sales department. You will tell us what goods you are interested in and the place of delivery of the ordered goods. We will arrange delivery with you immediately.
Packages with stock products are shipped within 5 working days, the price of the order will be credited with the postage or overtime fee, we do not charge the package. Should there be a delay with your order, we will inform you. For goods with a longer delivery time, the delivery date is governed by the time specified for the product in the e-shop.
Complaints, replacement of goods:
Goods can be claimed under the terms of the Commercial Code within 2 years, unless otherwise stated on the product.
We accept the complaint by mail (see postal address in contacts), upon prior agreement. Undamaged, complete, in the original package, including delivery note or order number invoice.
Announcement of claim or return of goods can be made by email or by phone.
Replacement and return of the goods is possible only within 14 days without giving any reason, the conditions are the same as for the claim. The costs associated with the exchange of goods are covered by the buyer, including the dispatch of the goods exchanged. Return pricing prices are the same as shipping charges, see our pricelist on the Shipping & Payment page.
Goods sent by mail can be claimed by sending the goods to our address, as a matter of course, without any time-limit. Goods sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Complaints are handled within 30 days by trade. of the Act.
Damage to goods during transport:
Our company dispatches the shipment to the carrier always undamaged and packaged according to the carrier's standards and requirements. The carrier is always responsible for the transport of goods and this is in full. If you find out when the shipment is damaged by the carrier, do not assume the shipment and notify the carrier immediately. He will write with you a protocol on damage to the shipment, when this shipment will be sent to you the next day, undamaged. For the shipment of re-dispatched goods due to damage to the shipment, the shipping cost is no longer charged.
If the consignment has no apparent damage to the packaging from the outside, but if unpacked, its content will be corrupted, you must immediately inform the shipper of the contents and write a complaint report with them. Complaint time for business packages is 2 business days.
If you lodge a complaint late or take a manifestly damaged package, the shipping service will no longer accept the complaint !! It is always the recipient (purchaser) who claims to be damaging the shipment during the shipment, but any action on the part of the sender is unfortunately not possible !! So please be careful when you take over the shipment.
